All Phases Mechanical has been providing and servicing heating and air conditioning to South Shore residents and businesses since 1983. We service everything we sell (and those we don’t sell), and all of our service technicians are seasoned veterans with training and experience.
We can install, repair, or upgrade, and we offer annual preventative maintenance (PM) packages for homes and businesses. Our PM packages include changing filters, which is key to maintaining low energy costs.
We’re also happy to assist you with natural gas and Cool Smart rebates & tax credits, can work with your insurance company needs, and provide estimates, quotes and timelines too.
Heating Services
Oil to natural gas and (LP) conversions are our specialty. Today’s home heating systems are over 90% efficient compared to 60%–80% just a decade ago, and a new heating unit can add value to any home or office.

Air Conditioning Services
Today’s central air conditioning systems are more efficient, more durable, quieter, and improve indoor air quality by dehumidifying and filtering the air. As a best practice, we acoustically line the first few feet of duct and use flexible connectors so your new A/C system is as quiet as possible.
Customers have been particularly happy with the new high-efficiency units with both ECM and variable-speed blower. No job is too big or too small for our team.
We sell, install and service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
New Installations
We install new residential and light commercial heating and A/C equipment. Ask about current rebates and Mass Save eligibility on select installs. We don’t sell “boxes” — we design a system for your home, so expect a fair, prompt estimate, usually in your hand before we leave.
Service & Repair
We service and repair all the equipment we sell and install, residential and light commercial, including roof top units (RTUs). New service and install customers are always welcome.
Maintenance Plans
Maintenance agreements bring regular inspections with minor cleaning, preventative maintenance and adjustments, to help your equipment keep performing at its best.

Dehumidification Services
We sell and install the Geoflex line of dehumidification systems — residential and commercial, industrial, OEM and specialty, and residential systems for indoor pools.
Heated indoor pools and spa rooms release large amounts of moisture laden with chlorine or bromine. Left uncontrolled it brings mold and mildew, rust, rot, structural damage, wet walls and ceilings, corrosion and electrical failure.
Geoflex systems remove that moisture and discharge warm dry air or cool conditioned dry air — heating, cooling and dehumidifying at once. With a geothermal link, savings of up to 80% in operating costs are possible compared with conventional humidity control or make-up air systems. Geoflex has been building these systems for 20 years.
